This training is for personnel that administer the TABE test. This workshop requires the passing of a posttest in order to become certified. All persons who administer or interpret the TABE must be certified; this workshop meets that requirement. Note: This session is not available for regional attendance.

During webinar Part II of Active Learning in the Adult Classroom, we will delve deeper into the cognitive science that supports Active Learning approaches and their importance in the adult classroom. We will share tips for promoting dynamic lesson facilitation and discuss how Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and Active Learning strategies work hand in hand. Bring your colleagues, because we will experiment with various strategies that make speaking and writing fun and effective.
