GED® Train-the-Trainer Debrief

Presentation Date: 3/7/2018 at 3:00pm
Duration: 1 Hour

Description:
This fall and spring Florida IPDAE hosted a statewide GED® Train-the-Trainer Workshop. Developed by GED Testing Service®, this full-day training provided attendees with workshops that can be presented within their college, school district, correctional facility, or community organization. The purpose of the training was to utilize professional development to build high-performance communities of practice. We would like to thank you for your participation in this GED Train-the-Trainer workshop and hope you found the training motivating and beneficial. As you know the training focused on the areas of Science and Social Studies with the ultimate goal of participants returning to their part of the state to train their fellow adult educators as part of an effort to build training capacity throughout our state. While all of you received a wealth of information and materials to recreate these trainings for your colleagues, including two, scripted PowerPoint presentations, workbooks, and activities, questions regarding your duties in this capacity building endeavor may still exist; this webinar will speak to those questions and concerns.
