Participants will identify priority areas of focus that take existing IET Program(s) to the next level using the IET quality indicators. Furthermore, participants will create action steps for implementation and/or improvement of IET program(s) using strategic planning templates. The vision of Florida's adult education system is to hold learners at the center and deliver outcomes that promote full participation in the workforce and result in high-quality credentials of value.
