This dynamic and participant-centered workshop is designed for adult educators working in correctional settings, focusing on equipping them with practical tools and strategies to enhance learning outcomes across adult education programs.
Participants will engage in a learner and program analysis, utilize Florida's Adult Education Curriculum Frameworks and identify needs, strengths, and opportunities. Through collaborative activities, educators will apply strategies for differentiation, fostering motivation and promoting peer collaboration.
The workshop also includes resources for evaluating and selecting traditional and high-tech instructional resources. Additionally, participants will be invited to continue cultivating a professional learning community using Florida IPDAE resources, ensuring continuous growth and support beyond the workshop.
